Norfolk Botanical Garden Motherhood Photography in Norfolk, VA
We met at Norfolk Botanical Garden on a bright summer afternoon. The sun was high, the air was warm, and the gardens were alive with color. Roses, hydrangeas, and greenery surrounded us, and the little white fence and brick paths gave the whole place a peaceful and inviting feel.
She arrived in a flowy off-the-shoulder dress, holding her baby close. We explored the garden together, stopping when we found a quiet shady spot, a patch of blooming flowers, or a little stone bench. There were forehead kisses, small giggles, and moments where you could tell the rest of the world faded away.

One of my favorite photos from this Norfolk Botanical Garden motherhood session is of her baby’s tiny toes resting against her dress. Such a simple thing, but one day those toes will be running ahead of her, and right now they fit perfectly in her arms.
